If the course is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@ackharbor.com, using the email on your account. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days, and course access ends when the refund is issued.
EU, EEA and UK customers: you also have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Our 14-day refund honours that right even if you have already started the course, so you never need to give up your withdrawal right to begin learning. Team and business purchases follow the same 14 days for unclaimed seats. Refunded purchases reverse any referral reward or credit linked to them.
